Can the polyurethane high-pressure foaming injection machine achieve dynamic adjustment of raw material ratios?

Industry news-

Yes, the polyurethane high-pressure foaming injection machine can fully realize the "dynamic adjustment" of the raw material ratio, just as flexible as switching the accelerator and brake at any time according to the road conditions when driving. The "intelligent brain" of this equipment has built-in precision sensors and control systems, which can monitor the flow state of black material (isocyanate) and white material (polyether) in real time. Even if the hardness or density of the product needs to be changed suddenly during the production process, just enter the new parameters on the operation screen, and the machine can automatically adjust the mixing ratio of the two raw materials, and the error is even smaller than that of the kitchen electronic scale. For example, suppose the factory produces soft high-resilience foam for car seats in the morning, and the ratio of black material to white material is set to 1:1.2; in the afternoon, it switches to hard foam such as refrigerator insulation layer, and the ratio can be instantly cut to 1:1.5. This kind of switching does not require stopping to change parts, just as smooth as switching APP on a mobile phone, and the "self-cleaning" function inside the machine will flush out the residual raw materials to avoid the "mixing of flavors" between the new and old formulas. What's more interesting is that some high-end models can also be remotely controlled by mobile phones, and the boss can "adjust the formula" for the workshop equipment in the office. The core secret of this dynamic adjustment lies in two places: one is the "high-pressure counter-pressure" technology, in which the two raw materials are pressurized to 10-20 MPa and then collide and mix at high speed, which is more uniform than traditional mixing; the other is the "intelligent deviation correction" system. Once an abnormal flow in a certain pipeline is detected (such as a slight blockage in the white material pump), the amount of another raw material will be automatically supplemented within 0.1 seconds to ensure a stable ratio. However, it should be noted that the temperature of the raw materials must be as stable as the hot water in the thermos cup (usually controlled within ±2°C), otherwise the viscosity change will cause the adjustment to fail.
For factories, this function is simply a "money-saving artifact". For example, when producing car interiors with complex patterns, different parts require different soft and hard foams. A machine can adjust the ratio while injecting, saving the effort of repeated shutdowns and material changes, and reducing raw material waste by 15%. But don't be greedy and buy low-end models-some old-fashioned equipment claims to be able to adjust the ratio, but actually relies on manual valve twisting, and workers have to take measuring cups to test repeatedly, and the efficiency is more than three times worse than that of fully automatic models.
In short, modern high-pressure foaming machines have made dynamic proportion adjustment as simple as a "point-and-shoot camera". As long as the raw materials are not frozen into ice or cooked into porridge, it can adapt to various production needs like a transformer. The next time you see a car seat or refrigerator insulation, you can imagine that they may be made from the same machine.
