Working principle of cyclopentane premixing system
Precisely measure and mix various polyurethane raw materials, such as isocyanate, polyether polyol, catalyst, foaming agent, flame retardant, etc., according to a certain formula ratio to form a uniform premix for subsequent production of polyurethane products. Single cyclopentane and single POLY are premixed at the ratio and flow set by the customer, premixed once through the mixer, and then enter the tank body, and mixed twice through the stirring motor. Then the mixed (poly+cyclopentane) raw materials are distributed through the intermediate tank and transported to the POLY tank of the foaming machine for use. (poly+cyclopentane) can also be produced in batches through the premixing system. Samples and raw materials can be directly extracted from the premixing system, and cyclopentane raw materials can be sold and produced.
Structural composition
Raw material storage area: There are three types of storage tanks for pre-mixing, mixing, and post-mixing, which are used to store various polyurethane raw materials. These storage tanks usually have heating, insulation, stirring, and other functions to ensure the stability and uniformity of the raw materials.
Metering system: Use high-precision metering equipment, such as metering pumps, flow meters, etc., to accurately measure various raw materials to ensure that the raw materials are mixed according to the set ratio.
Mixing system: It consists of a mixing tank, agitator, etc., and the measured raw materials are fully mixed in the mixing tank to form a uniform premix.
Control system: Through automatic control systems such as PLC, the storage, metering, mixing, and other processes of raw materials are monitored and adjusted in real time to ensure the stable operation of the premixing station and the quality of the premix.
Conveying system: Including pipelines, pumps, and other equipment to transport premixes to subsequent production equipment, such as foaming machines. Polyurethane foam production: used to prepare various polyurethane foam materials, such as thermal insulation foam, sponge, etc.
