Cyclopentane polyurethane high-pressure foaming injection machine means that POLY contains cyclopentane. Cyclopentane raw materials have certain requirements for the production environment. Therefore, in the raw material storage tank, the enclosure outside the tank needs to be anti-static and explosion-proof, and a gas detection alarm is installed under the tank to prevent gas precipitation. The function is the same as the conventional two-component high-pressure foaming machine, but there are requirements for the use conditions of cyclopentane raw materials. Cyclopentane raw materials are more environmentally friendly. Because cyclopentane is flammable and explosive, the equipment is equipped with gas concentration monitoring and early warning devices, explosion-proof motors, anti-static grounding devices, spark-proof design, and good ventilation systems. Good environmental performance: Cyclopentane, as a foaming agent, has no destructive effect on the atmospheric ozone layer and meets environmental protection requirements.

Home appliance industry: Mainly used for the manufacture of insulation layers of fluorine-free refrigerators and freezers, and can also be used for the production of insulation and sound insulation components of other home appliances such as water heaters.
Construction industry: It can be used to produce building insulation materials such as wall insulation boards, roof insulation boards, and insulation pipes, effectively reducing building energy consumption.
Cold chain logistics: used in the manufacture of refrigerated trucks, cold storage panels, insulated boxes, etc. to ensure a low-temperature environment for goods during transportation and storage.
