The oval production line has a horizontal ring structure layout, which can meet the needs of various foaming molds of different sizes, and multiple products can be mixed on the line. The production line uses a reduction motor to drive the overall movement of the line body, and the line body running speed is variable frequency adjustable, which is convenient for adjusting the production rhythm. The mold temperature controller and mold frame control box for mold heating on the production line are placed on the mold-carrying trolley. The power is introduced by an annular brush (slip ring), and the air source is introduced by a slip ring and then piped to each trolley on the line body. To facilitate mold change and maintenance, the temperature control water and compressed air production lines between the workstations are all connected by flexible joints to achieve rapid mold change.
Working principle of the production line: all trolleys are connected by front and rear pull rods, track plate positioning, reducer drive, automatic identification of workstation number, the trolley runs to the mold opening guide rail and the upper mold rises automatically. When taking the product, the upper mold opens at an angle of 80 degrees, and the lower mold at an angle of -18° for manual removal and bubble removal. Then the trolley runs to the manual spraying of mold release agent and then runs to the pouring station for pouring. When pouring, the upper mold angle is ≥95° and the lower mold angle is 0°, and the robot automatically pours. The track slides down and the mold is automatically closed. The airbag lifts up and locks the mold to start maturation. During maturation, the mold angle is -18 and runs to the mold opening station. The airbag is exhausted, and the upper mold enters the mold opening guide rail for automatic mold opening to complete a cycle.
